GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms of Service for Liquid Fintech and its distributed proprietary trading platforms or products.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the legal rights and obligations between you and Liquid when using our platforms. By using our platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our platforms.

General Terms of Service

These terms apply to all products, services, awarded brokerage accounts, and trader support that Liquid Fintech distributes through its websites, systems and 3rd party platforms including blulive.co.uk, alphachallenge.co.uk, fxdashboard.org, Liquidgame, LiquidCRM, Liquid network funding matrix, and its main website, liquidmarkets.org (collectively referred to as “support”).

These terms also apply to any websites or platforms that use our support, including those created by our partners and affiliates on WordPress.com, myfxbook.com, fxblue.com and Metaquotes sites. However, please note that the operators of those sites will also have their own separate terms of use.

Who’s Who In these Terms;

“You” means any individual or entity that uses our support. If you use our support on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these terms on that person’s or entity’s behalf, and that if you or that person or entity violates these terms, you and that person or entity agree to be responsible to Liquid.

‘Liquid’ means the UK distributor of the various plans and systems developed by global based Liquid Group, comprising Liquid Businesses limited and Liquid network fund.

“Your agreement” to use our support requires an account. You agree to provide us with complete and accurate information and to keep that information current so that we can communicate with you about your account. We may need to send you emails about notable updates, legal inquiries, or complaints we receive about how you use our support.

We may limit your access to our support until we verify your account information, such as your email address. When you register an account, we consider that to be an inquiry about our products and Support, which means that we may also contact you to share more details about what we have to offer (i.e., marketing). You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

You are solely responsible and liable for all activity under your account. You are also fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including keeping your password secure. Liquid is not liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages incurred as a result of your acts or omissions. If you allow others to use your identity or account for copy trading, you are responsible for any consequences.

Do not share or misuse your platform access credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other security breaches. If we believe your account has been compromised, we will suspend or disable it.

Minimum Age Requirements

Our trading support services are not intended for children. You are not allowed to access or use our support if you are under the age of 16. If you register as a user or otherwise use our support, you represent that you are at least 16. You may use our support only if you can legally form a binding contract with us. If you are under 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority where you live), you can only use our support under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

Responsibility of visitors and users

We have not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the content posted to or made available through 3rd parties. Nothing provided on our websites constitute any investment offer or financial advice.

To ensure uninterrupted service, recurring support is automatically renewed. This means that unless you cancel a paid Service before the end of the applicable subscription period, it will automatically renew, and you authorize us to use any payment mechanism we have on record for you, like trading account, wallet, credit card or PayPal, or invoice you (in which case payment is due within 15 days) to collect the then-applicable subscription fee as well as any taxes. By default, your support will be renewed for the same interval as your original subscription period without a 10% extra charge. For example, if you purchase a funded house plan, you’ll be charged each month for support for another 30-day access period to the account. We may charge your account up to one month before the end of the subscription period to ensure pesky billing issues don’t inadvertently disrupt your access to our support. The date for the automatic renewal is based on the date of the original purchase and cannot be changed. We will charge your dashboard wallet first and then account balance in every instance; therefore, you should ensure the wallet balance is adequate ahead of your renewal date if you prefer not to have acccount deductions.

Please note that you’ll need to check your email (including in spam or other filters) for any reminder emails we might send you before your paid Support renews.

Cancelling Automatic Renewal:

You can manage and cancel your support at any time, and you can turn off auto-renew for each active subscription at your My Subscriptions page. If auto-renew is successfully turned off, you’ll see the date on which your subscription expires. This will remove any loyalty benefits accrued, as well as the discount on the fee.

Fees and Changes:

We may change our fees at any time in accordance with these terms and requirements under applicable law. This means that we may change our fees going forward or change parameters or attributes that were previously included in the fees. If you don’t agree with the changes, you must cancel your  service.

No-Show Policy:

We may have a “no-show policy” for some Paid Support that requires your participation (for example, our senior trader mentoring sessions). For instance, this may mean that if you don’t show up or are late for a scheduled session, you’ll still be charged and won’t be entitled to any refund or redress or postponement.

Refunds:

We have a non refund policy for our plans upon usage, and we’ll also provide refunds if required by law. In all other cases, once any account’s credentials have been provided, there are no refunds, and all payments are final.

Feedback:

We love hearing from you and are always looking to improve our Services. When you share comments, ideas, or feedback with us, you agree that we’re free to use them without any restriction or compensation to you.

Trading Support Specific Terms:

All access to trading facilities are part of the service provided by the us.

We reserve the right to terminate the service and provision of any account in cases of bad faith on the trader’s behalf. Any such action will never result in any liability beyond a refund.

You have no title or ownership over any funded account, and any funds, profits or losses remain the property of the firm. You may not present our house accounts as your own to any 3rd party, or to any social trading platforms or asset managing schemes. You may not desseminate your trading data beyond your own usage. As you have no liability for any losses incurred by us, we have no liability to pay you in cases of bad faith.

You will be rewarded by the firm only for achieving set targets within the rules and parameters in the agreement you have understood and agreed to by commencing trading.

To begin trading a ‘selfie’ a new picture of yourself holding up your photo ID document is required. The document must be clear and must match your face. The actual ID document along with proof of address maybe uploaded later, upon request, and at most 30 days later or prior to any promotions or payouts. 

Trading Rules and Parameters:

All our plans and products have specific rules and trading parameters. You are required to separately agree to the rules and parameters for any plan. A signed agreement is required before trading with any type of account.

Copyright Infringement and DMCA Policy:

As we ask others to respect our intellectual property rights, we respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe any Content violates your copyright, please see our Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy and send us a notice.

Intellectual Property:

The Agreement doesn’t transfer any Liquid or third-party intellectual property to you, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property remains (as between Liquid and you) solely with Liquid.
