Instant Funded Agreement

I agree that instant funded is a monthly plan with one target of 10% to receive payout Without rules breaches. After 3 consecutive payouts I can request withdrawal from as low as 1% profit target.
I agree that only one payout is permitted every month and there are minimum trading days of 5 for each trading cycle.
I agree that if I don’t achieve my target I will not pay a subscription in cash. 2% of the Trading account balance will be charged from my account as renewal fee for me to continue trading. I understand this is only applicable if I don’t have any rules breach in my account.
I agree that there is a daily drawdown of 3% and a maximum drawdown of 10% and breaching these drawdown limits is a violation.
I agree that I may not copy trade nor allow anyone else to trade for me. If my trades are deemed to be in bad faith or are highly correlated with any other account, I will be unable to continue and the maximum compensation I will receive is a refund.
I agree that I’m required to put a stop loss within 2 minutes after executing a trade. I also understand that I may not risk more than 1% per position. If I have more than one open position on one or more pairs at a time, the total of all positions will be counted as one.
I agree that I must not engage in the strategies involving; Pricing or latency arbitrage, multi account hedging, martingale, single market hedging.
I agree that the first payout will be sent after 30 days from the day I start trading. Regular withdrawals after first payout will be every 14 days and 5 days for senior traders.
I agree that zero tolerance means that violations lead to forfeiture. In some breaches of the rules deemed minor and neither intentional or negligent, may be penalised by discretionary fine of maximum 2.5%. Fines will only be levied against positive balances.
I agree that the firm reserves the right to terminate the service and provision of any real account in cases of bad faith on my behalf. Any such action will never result in any liability beyond a refund.
I agree that I have no title or ownership over any funded account, and that any funds, profits or losses remain the property of the firm. I will be rewarded by the firm only for achieving set targets within the parameters agreed.

INSTANT FUNDED TRADING PLAN

Terms and Conditions

Payout schedule is every 14 days. First withdrawal can be made after 30 days.
Traders receive 60% of their profit share after achieving their target.
Only one withdrawal is permitted per month. Once you meet target your current subscription will end and renewal will be processed from your payout to continue trading.
Withdrawal requests can be made when the account balance is at least original 100% + 10% without breaches.
After 3 payouts, the withdrawal target is 1%.

Minimum Trading Days

To request a withdrawal, traders must complete 5 minimum trading days.

Account Growth

Every time a trader achieves a 20% increase in their account balance, the account will be doubled.

Drawdown Limits

Daily Drawdown Limit: 3%
Maximum Drawdown Limit: 10%
Traders must use a Stop Loss (SL) and maintain a positional drawdown of 1%.
Failure to apply SL and breaching drawdown limits will result in a fine.

House Fee

A 2% house fee will be charged to keep the account active every 30 days. This fee is deducted from the account balance. If you hit target renewal fee equal to original account fee is deducted from your payout

House fees will not be applied if the trader has a history of breaches on the account.

Unauthorized Trading Activities

Engaging in the following activities may result in immediate account termination:

Taking advantage of pricing errors or delays
Using insider knowledge or non-public information
Front-running or trading ahead of orders
Using third-party strategies or tools for passing evaluations
Changing strategies after passing assessments
Holding positions through earnings announcements (Equity CFDs)
Using AI or ultra-fast trading software

Consequences of Unauthorized Trading

Transaction Removal: Violating transactions will be deleted, and results excluded.
Service Termination: The firm reserves the right to terminate services without refund.
Multiple Violations: Repeated violations may lead to permanent denial of service.

Refund Policy

The sign-up fee is non-refundable after trading has started or if the terms and conditions are breached.

Getting Paid

After reaching your profit-split target, contact [email protected] to request your payout. You can request payment via the same method you used to fund the account.

Company’s Discretion

The firm reserves the right to accept or deny any trader into the program based on its discretion
