I understand that this a high leverage monthly plan with one target of 10% to receive payout on $5000 & $10,000 accounts, or keep the account for hitting first target on $20,000, $40,000 and $80,000 accounts.
I understand that I must achieve profit targets in increments of 10% with no rule breaches to receive payouts or keep the account without paying fees.
I understand that I if I don’t achieve target I will not pay subscription in cash. 2% of the account balance will be charged from my account as renewal fee for me to continue trading
I understand that upon achieving 10% target without payout on $20,000, $40,000 and $80,000 accounts, I will no longer have monthly time restrictions or pay any type of monthly fees.
I understand that there is a daily drawdown of 3% and a maximum drawdown of 10% and breaching these drawdown limits is a violation.
I understand that I may not copy trade nor allow anyone else to trade for me. If my trades are deemed to be in bad faith or are highly correlated with any other account, I will be unable to continue and the maximum compensation I will receive is a refund

If I have more than one open position on one or more pairs at a time, the total of all positions will be counted as one.[/acceptance]
I understand that I must not engage in the strategies involving; Pricing or latency arbitrage, multi account hedging, martingale, single market hedging
I understand that payouts will be sent every 14 days from previous payout day. I must request withdrawal at least 1 week before the payout day to get paid on the day.
I understand that zero tolerance means that voilations lead to forfeiture. In some breaches of the rules deemed minor and neither intentional or negligent, may be penalised by discretionary fine of maximum 2.5%. Fines will only be levied against positive balances.
I understand that the firm reserves the right to terminate the service and provision of any real account in cases of bad faith on my behalf. Any such action will never result in any liability beyond a refund.
I understand that I have no title or ownership over any funded account, and that any funds, profits or losses remain the property of the firm. I will be rewarded by the firm only for achieving set targets within the parameters agreed.
