Customer refunds from Liquid
Once you, the paying customer has initiated any usage of funding or evaluation service by beginning to trade, or if you, the customer has not passed an evaluation, then you, the customer are not eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
All payments are final and are solely for the purpose of account issuance.
Liquids cancellation and refund to customer
You, the customer are required to sign a product specific agreement (found in the email sent to you upon successful purchase and also found in your dashboard, as well as to identify yourself initially by providing a ‘selfie’ (a new picture of yourself holding up your ID that clearly identifies you as the ID holder) that will corroborate your likeness to your KYC submission of Identity and Proof of address within 3 months or before any payouts.
Liquid will cancel any purchase where the agreement is not signed or the ‘selfie’ is not provided. Refunds will be given unless an intent to defraud is evident by avoidance of agreement and non provision of correct ‘selfie’
Refund Request Process: – Customers must email their refund request to within 7 days of purchase if the account has not been used.
The firm will acknowledge receipt of the request promptly.
Refund Payment: – Refunds will be processed without unnecessary delay, no later than 7 days after the contract is withdrawn. – Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original payment.
A Refund Processing Fee of 5% of the refunded amount may be deducted from the refund.
